Jack Ellingham

Gidday, my name is Jack Ellingham. I was brought up on a 650ha sheep and beef farm in the Dannevirke region but, three years ago, my family moved to a 130ha property near Waipakurau, where I’m currently based.

In my spare time, I enjoy hunting and diving.

I have worked for some very good managers on several farms in the Hawke’s Bay region. When I finish my cadetship, I will most likely try my luck at the Bachelor of AgCom at Lincoln. From there, I hope to get a shepherding job and move up the ranks, with the ultimate goal of owning my own block of land.
